Spent the summer making movies!
First up, I had a chance to work with Timothy Simons from one of my favorite shows, Veep, on a comedy thriller called Extra Curricular Activities. Then a month or so later, I started work on a sweet romantic comedy starring Santino Fontana and Dania Ramirez called Galileo.
When I auditioned, I only met the director (Jay Silverman) and he cast me. The Producer didn't even know I had auditioned, so it was a nice surprise for everyone. :-) He actually called a mutual friend of ours to tell her, so she knew long before I did that I was cast haha. Don't ever forget what a small town Hollywood actually is.
We weren't allowed to take pictures on either set. But the director grabbed this shot of me and the cast on my last day on Galileo, which I love. Loved my character and my hair (haha) and this summer movie making experience!
